What is First Pour Club?
Every Saturday at 11am, we open our Sunway Damansara store to coffee lovers who want to learn more about Bean Brothers’ high-quality, sustainably sourced coffee. No previous experience is necessary, and we’ll provide everything you need for the session. The group size is limited to twelve, so please book in to secure your spot. 

Who is this session for?
This session is suitable for everyone, from the casual coffee drinker who wants to learn more about specialty coffee to the coffee connoisseur who’d like to taste and evaluate different brews side by side. In this 45-minute session, you’ll be guided through a structured coffee tasting, which is a great opportunity to learn while experiencing different coffees alongside each other. Attend by yourself and discuss with like-minded coffee lovers, or bring a friend, family member, or colleague for a fun (and delicious) experience!

👨‍🏫 Guided by Experienced Barista:
This fun and casual coffee tasting will be run by an experienced Bean Brothers barista, who will guide you through the session. It’s a fantastic opportunity to taste some exceptional coffees, compare them side by side, and develop your palate. If you’ve ever wondered what we mean when we describe a coffee as fruit-forward, delicate, or chocolatey, or how a Rwandan coffee might taste distinctly different from a Brazilian one, this session is for you!

Apa itu First Pour Club?
Setiap Sabtu pada pukul 11 pagi, kami membuka kedai Sunway Damansara kami kepada peminat kopi yang ingin belajar lebih lanjut mengenai kopi berkualiti tinggi dari Bean Brothers yang diperoleh secara lestari. Tiada pengalaman sebelumnya diperlukan, dan kami akan menyediakan semua yang anda perlukan untuk sesi ini. Saiz kumpulan terhad kepada dua belas orang, jadi sila tempah untuk memastikan tempat anda.

Untuk siapa sesi ini?
Sesi ini sesuai untuk semua orang, dari peminum kopi biasa yang ingin belajar lebih lanjut tentang kopi istimewa hingga pencinta kopi yang ingin merasai dan menilai pelbagai jenis kopi secara bersebelahan. Dalam sesi 45 minit ini, anda akan dipandu melalui sesi mencuba kopi yang terstruktur, yang merupakan peluang yang baik untuk belajar sambil merasai pelbagai jenis kopi secara bersebelahan. Hadir sendiri dan berbincang dengan peminat kopi yang lain, atau bawa rakan, ahli keluarga atau rakan sekerja untuk pengalaman yang menyeronokkan (dan lazat)!

Sesi mencuba kopi yang menyeronokkan dan santai ini akan dijalankan oleh barista berpengalaman dari Bean Brothers, yang akan memandu anda melalui sesi ini. Ia adalah peluang yang hebat untuk merasai beberapa kopi yang luar biasa, membandingkannya secara bersebelahan dan mengembangkan selera anda. How long does it take to process an order before it's shipped?

Sorry, we don't allow for any changes in orders after it has been made. We encourage you to check clearly before you place your order. If you have any urgent issues regarding your orders at all, you can reach out to us via our live chat.
How many cups of coffee can I make with a 200g pack?

You'll be able to make around 12-14 cups of delicious coffee.
I'm new to the world of coffee, how should I start making coffee at home?

For beginners, we recommend using the Clever Dripper for pour over coffee, because it's simple, straightforward, and reasonably affordable for the quality of its brew.Learn how to brew with the Clever Dripper here.
What is the best consumed date for coffee beans? Are your coffee beans freshly-roasted?

We recommend 7-21 days after the initial roasting date to allow for degassing to take place, allowing the flavour of the coffee compounds to be properly extracted. Within the first seven days, roasted coffee beans are still releasing carbon dioxide and degassing. If not degassed properly, it will hinder the extraction of ground coffee particles during the brewing process.
What are the differences between Single Origins and Blends?

Single origin beans are harvested from a single producer, crop, or region, usually delivering a taste profile that is unique to its origins. Blends are a mixture of a few single origin beans, producing a rich and expressive flavor profile.
How do I choose coffee that is suitable for me?

Find the right tasting notes. These are often identified by our barista during cupping sessions. Some coffee are more floral and fruity while some are more chocolaty and nutty. As you drink more coffee, you will figure out which notes you would like the most.
Which grind size should I choose for my brewing method?
