The rich sweetness and rich texture are reminiscent of a bite of purple plum and reddish-brown date flesh. After sipping the coffee, notes of blackcurrant jam and cinnamon linger in the mouth for a long time.

Samambaia is a Brazilian farm that Bb has been paying attention to, much like Indonesia's Prinja. Having visited this farm himself, the coffee from this farm offers a distinctly different experience from the typical rich Brazilian coffee. Behind this remarkable achievement lies the extraordinary efforts of the farm owner, Henrique Cambria. While traveling, he noticed that Brazilian coffee was absent from the coffee shelves, and has since embarked on countless experiments and efforts to elevate his country's coffee to a high-quality specialty coffee.

The coffee processing is also different from what's common in Brazil. Coffee cherries and yeast derived from local microorganisms are placed together in sealed tanks, where they are fermented for 90 hours, excluding oxygen. They are then transferred to netted beds called African beds, where they are dried in the sun for about a month to complete the process.

This process gives the coffee a distinct aroma, with a strong acidity and sweetness. The dried fruits and cinnamon notes also pair beautifully with milk. Enjoy a latte made with a coffee machine, a strong drip coffee with milk, or an affogato topped with vanilla ice cream.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over RM75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long does it take to process an order before it's shipped?

How many cups of coffee can I make with a 200g pack?

You'll be able to make around 12-14 cups of delicious coffee.

I'm new to the world of coffee, how should I start making coffee at home?

For beginners, we recommend using the Clever Dripper for pour over coffee, because it's simple, straightforward, and reasonably affordable for the quality of its brew.Learn how to brew with the Clever Dripper here.

What is the best consumed date for coffee beans? Are your coffee beans freshly-roasted?

We recommend 7-21 days after the initial roasting date to allow for degassing to take place, allowing the flavour of the coffee compounds to be properly extracted. Within the first seven days, roasted coffee beans are still releasing carbon dioxide and degassing. If not degassed properly, it will hinder the extraction of ground coffee particles during the brewing process.

What are the differences between Single Origins and Blends?

Single origin beans are harvested from a single producer, crop, or region, usually delivering a taste profile that is unique to its origins. Blends are a mixture of a few single origin beans, producing a rich and expressive flavor profile.

How do I choose coffee that is suitable for me?

Find the right tasting notes. These are often identified by our barista during cupping sessions. Some coffee are more floral and fruity while some are more chocolaty and nutty. As you drink more coffee, you will figure out which notes you would like the most.
