Ethiopia Banqo Taratu Washed

PEONY, WHITE NECTARINE, EARL GREY, VIBRANT

This is a delicate and ethereal style of coffee. When you sip it and close your eyes, it reminds you of the peonies that were in full bloom last spring. The pale pink floral scent felt at the tip of your nose is like holding a full bouquet in your arms. Behind the impression of floral tea, fruity aromas emerge. Grapefruit with a mild pomelo-like feel, citrus notes, and a tea-like quality will bring to mind Earl Grey tea. There is even a softly sweet taste, like a mysterious peach.

It is a transparent yet vibrant coffee. It is a coffee that will make your heart swell with excitement at the end of summer and the beginning of autumn.

WASHED COFFEE FROM THE HIGHLANDS OF YIRGACHEFFE

If you like Yirgacheffe coffee and enjoyed the Banko Taratu beans last July and August, I recommend this. This Banko Taratu features fruity nuances, with floral notes slightly more dominant. It has undergone light roasting to bring out that delicacy.

Experience the refined yet vibrant and transparent cup profile characteristic of washed coffee grown at Ethiopia's highest altitudes, just as it is.
