East Timor Ermera

CHOCOLATE, BLACK CHERRY, CEDAR, AMARETTO

A creamy sip, reminiscent of cocoa, washes over you. I highly recommend enjoying this coffee warm, as it pairs perfectly with the increasingly chilly weather. It has a pleasant sweetness and a nutty flavor, while also possessing fruity nuances like black cherry. Rather than the winey notes often found in other natural coffees, this coffee brings to mind a sweet and nutty Amaretto.

Coffee from East Timor is rarely found in Korea, but this is a medium dark coffee with a special charm. Like calming incense, wrap your hands around the warm mug. The warmth you feel and the lingering scent of cedarwood in the coffee's aftertaste will warm your body and mind.

East Timor Ermera

IN A SMALL ISLAND NATION EAST OF BALI

East Timor is a small island nation located between Indonesia and Australia, roughly the size of Gangwon Province in Korea. It is the eastern half of Timor Island, which is situated a little further east from Bali.

Ermera, located in the central highlands of East Timor, is characterized by the distinct wet and dry seasons typical of tropical plateaus and produces half of East Timor's coffee. Coffee is East Timor's second-largest export after oil and serves as an important source of income for the residents. One-third of East Timorese households produce coffee, and due to the difficulty in obtaining fertilizers and pesticides, it is naturally cultivated organically.
