The smooth and sweet flavor of milk chocolate is impressive. The subsequent caramel notes add a nutty richness to the coffee, while the comforting acidity of apple makes the flavor profile even more diverse. Colombia Huila Decaffeinated is coffee from which caffeine has been removed using ethyl acetate extracted from sugarcane; it is characterized by the preservation of the green beans' natural aroma compared to other decaffeination processes.  

Decaffeinated coffee occupies a unique position within the Bean Brothers coffee lineup. It possesses the attributes of both blends and single-origin coffees. All the decaffeinated coffees introduced so far have been 'single-origin' produced in a single country, yet they have been consumed by customers much like 'blends,' such as Black Suit or Malt. This implies that there were quite a few customers who drank Bean Brothers coffee primarily in decaffeinated varieties, much like the regular customer at the Hapjeong store who always seeks out Malt. This is precisely why the Bean Brothers team strived to maintain a consistent flavor profile when selecting decaffeinated options. I sought to find a coffee that is comfortable to drink for those who consume decaffeinated coffee every day, and offers great flavor for those who drink it occasionally in the evening.

I also want to occasionally introduce unique limited-edition decaffeinated options for decaffeinated enthusiasts. I look forward to the day when there are more distinctive decaffeinated options available.
