A NEW EXPERIENCE

Just as good ingredients are needed for a delicious dish, good coffee beans are essential for a delicious coffee. In order to realize Black Suit’s core values, we continuously test green beans from various production areas. The current composition is as follows.

  • Brazil Sao Paulo SL 1038 60% | Expresses roasted nuts and chocolate flavors.
  • Colombia Aponte Washed 25% | Complements the sweetness and adds a little acidity.
  • Ethiopia Dimbira Washed 15% | Adds a layer of complexity to the aroma and flavor.

The selected green coffee beans are roasted using a hot air Loring S70 roaster. You will be able to feel the difference of Bean Brothers roasting through the Black Suit.
