Shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM  or  1:00 PM – 10:00 PM  ·  Bb Petaling Jaya  ·  Bb The Linc KL  ·  Bb Setia Alam

Bean Brothers operates kitchens across three outlets in KL and PJ. We hold our food to the same standard as everything else we do — clean prep, consistent execution, and a kitchen team that takes the work seriously. We're looking for a Chef who wants to be part of that.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service — mise en place, chopping, marinating, and weighing
• Execute food items according to established recipes, portioning standards, and plating guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and kitchen area throughout every shift
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food deliveries — FIFO stock rotation
• Monitor ingredient levels and flag replenishment needs to the Outlet Lead
• Adhere to HACCP and all food safety regulations at all times
• Support opening and closing kitchen procedures
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team during service for timely food delivery

What We're Looking For

• SPM / Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent; fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome
• 0–2 years of experience in a kitchen or F&B environment
• Basic knife skills and understanding of food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards; HACCP certification is an advantage
• Able to work shift hours including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit; comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
