Bean Brothers is a specialty coffee company built around one idea: coffee should connect people. Our cafés are the front line of that — the place where a great cup and a warm greeting turn a regular customer into a regular face. We're hiring baristas who show up with that same belief.

The Role

You are the face of Bean Brothers. Your shift starts with setting up a great station and ends with leaving it ready for tomorrow. In between, you make coffee worth remembering and build real relationships with the people who walk in.

What You'll Do

·       Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty coffee to Bean Brothers standards

·       Deliver warm, genuine service — every customer, every interaction

·       Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly through peak and quiet periods

·       Work with your team to carry the shift together, not just your section

·       Build real connections with regulars and represent the brand with pride

Who We're Looking For

·       Warm and customer-focused — you genuinely like people and it shows

·       Reliable and consistent — your team's schedule depends on you

·       Calm under pressure — busy shifts are fun, not stressful, for you

·       Minimum SPM

·       Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin a plus

Positions Available

·       Full-Time — From RM 2,000 – RM 3,000/month  ·  5 days/week including weekends  ·  ~45 hrs/week

·       Part-Time — RM 13/hour  ·  2–4 days/week  ·  flexible shifts
