Coffee Story

In the specialty coffee industry, when introducing coffee, the story of the origin is covered in detail. You might ask, 'I drink a cup of coffee, but do I need to know where it was grown?' It doesn't have to be, but imagining the process leading up to a cup of coffee often makes the coffee experience even more interesting.

This coffee is grown in a region called Kirinyaga. It is one of Kenya's leading coffee producing regions. The Kenya drip bag that Bean Brothers sold at a great price until the end of last year was also of Kirinya coffee. There is nothing wrong with enjoying coffee without knowing this fact, but just by opening Google Maps and looking at the landscape of Kirinya, the way you view coffee will change. It's because you can feel 'nature' and 'people' that you never thought possible when you only see coffee in a cup. There is no right answer to enjoying coffee, but it is probably one of the best ways to learn about the people who grew it and the region.

Wow, the Bean Brothers team drank this coffee and thought of yellow fruits such as oranges and gold kiwis. There were also team members who thought of passionfruit or pineapple. One team member who remembered the purple fruit felt alienated. What color fruit comes to mind?
