The fragrance of Campbell grapes with the body of velvety red wine

Smell the wonderful fragrance of Campbell grapes at the first sip, and experience the heavy body and silky texture of red wine in this coffee, while the aroma of baked nuts forms an overall balanced flavor. 

Perla Negra, the black pearl of natural processes

Las Lajas Farm is renowned for its excellent quality of natural coffee, and Perla Negra (Black Pearl) is a natural processing method unique to this farm, named so because the dried cherry that is formed resembles a black pearl. In this particularly laborious process, only coffee cherries with a sugar content of at least 20 brix are harvested. These cherries are then dried slowly for 15 to 22 days in sunlight. Later, it is transferred to a bag and has a rest period for 2 to 5 days, after which it is moved back to the greenhouse to continue drying until the moisture content reaches 10.5%. Enjoy the deep and rich flavors that can only be found in a properly-processed natural coffee.
