The aroma of pecan and caramel flavors
With a pleasant aroma of pecan, a clean sweetness, and a subtle acidity, this coffee is very drinkable for many. The sweetness lasts for a long time after drinking the coffee, and the great umami taste also helps you to perceive the aftertaste of milk caramel.
Maracaturra from the No. 1 CoE farm in Guatemala
Introducing the Maracaturra variety from El Socorro, the No. 1 Cup of Excellence farm in Guatemala in 2020. Maracaturra is a natural hybrid between Maragogipe, which has a larger bean size and an excellent quality, whereas Caturra is a high-yielding bean, hence this variety successfully inherits the advantages of both. This coffee also takes on a primary quality of Maragogipe, where it has a larger bean size, making it one that is more difficult to come across — perhaps it will be interesting to study comparisons with regular coffee beans.
