T’zun-Wit’z, which means “Birth of the Hill”, is a farm located at the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Huehuetenango is known as one of the leading coffee producer, but not every part of the region have the right climate for coffee cultivation. Like many coffee farmers, Angelina have faced numerous difficulties in coffee cultivation initially. However, through constant learning and application of new agricultural techniques, Angelina was able to grow and produce good quality coffee that we are tasting today.
The coffee from T’zun-Wit’z introduced by Bean Brothers this time is Caturra, a coffee variety with high-quality cup potential. When you drink the coffee, aroma of grains such as oats and barley will flush through your gustatory sensory. It is a light and comfortable drink as the savory and sweet aroma of coffee blends well with the acidity. This coffee reminds you of the perfect cup of coffee in chilly autumn days.
